  1. In CampusWEB, GRA Admin, Click on General Parameters Maintenance
  2. Choose Gra.Mat.Programs
  3. Add or change the programs and descriptions as you need them to appear on the application.

  4. To show up (and be usable) [Grad PROGRAMS] need to have three things:

    1. School = ED
    2. Grad POS Flag = Y
    3. Inactive Flag not equal to Y
