PBS Per-Credit Rate Change

Tracy in Grad Ed has access to the SYS.ADM GRA Admin page in CampusWEB, which is where the PBS per-credit rate is changed, when needed.  PBS partners pay this fee when they request Morningside to house their transcript.  Fee payments are applied in bulk to the GL, not by individual partner/PBS student.
