FA-Student Workers- CWS Limit is Not Updated

A student worker whose College Work Study amount has changed but the change is not reflected in the time card or the student's view needs Financial Aid personnel to try a couple of things:

Step-by-step guide

1. In Collegix, Financial Aid module, run menu item for Work Study Limits from FA to Payroll.  This will normally solve the problem.
2. For the process to work, the students must already be in SP.EMPLOYEES.  If that is not the case, they will be skipped.  Resolve with Student Payroll personnel.
