Teamviewer is an application that allows Tech Services to initiate a remote session with users.  The user must provide the Teamviewer user ID number and one-time password, limiting the interaction to a single instance.  Below are the Teamviewer QuickSupport downloads for macOS and Windows to allow you to work with Tech Services to resolve the trouble you are having.

Simply download the appropriate application from below, run it, provide the ID listed and password when requested by the Tech Services individual that you are working with.  Due to increased layers of security within your computer's operating system, you may need to grant permission for Teamviewer to screen record and control your computer.  If so, it will prompt you when you open the application.
