Outlook Offline Mode

When using Microsoft Outlook with Google Apps Sync, it will occasionally put itself into offline mode.  In this situation, emails cannot be sent or received and calendars will not update.  To remedy this, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Send/Receive tab.
  2. Make sure that the Work Offline button isn't depressed.  In Office 2016, it should look like this:
